What is Session? |
| |
Everytime a user logs in is a session. The Session will expire after 20 minutes of inactivity upon logging in. To avoid session expiry you must click any button within the form or enter any transaction.
|
|
What do I do if the session expires while I'm still using the application? |
| |
If the session expires after 20 minutes of inactivity, you will be redirected to the login page. All you have to do is to log in again. All your previously saved data will still be there. So be sure to click the 'save' button every time you're using the application. |
|
But why does a session have to have an expiry? |
| |
It is necessary to put an expiry to every session because some users fail or forget to log out. They simply close the browser or switch sites leaving the application open; this consumes server resources and slows it down. For users who forgot to end their session, it will take the remaining minutes since logging-in to end the session automatically.
|
|
I sometimes fail to log in. |
| |
You're using an invalid password. The log-in entry is case sensitive. Make sure you have the right case.(lowercase or uppercase) |
|
I forgot completely my password! |
| |
All you have to do is go to the log in page and click the "forgot your password" link. You are required to enter your company id, user id and your date of birth so that we can send all your log in information to your email. |
|
How do I edit my data? |
| |
Click on the edit link. Then click on the ID of the row you want to change. But for editing to be acceptable it can only be done within the same day the original entries are made. If you still need to edit beyond the day's end( 12 midnight ), you would have to use an adjusting entry form. On it, and if necessary, other documents, state the changes you want made and reasons/explanations therefor, then send to us through fax or email |
|
A colored box appreared while I was saving? |
| |
A colored box indicates that the form cannot be saved because nothing or wrong information was entered. For example, the date field should receive the format of MM/DD/YYYY. If you entered 1/5/02 , the program will not accept it. It should be 01/05/2002 . |
